Re: Very cool video...

Found this great video on Vimeo. Looks like they had a blast! http://vimeo.com/66219933 Great Video, great scenery, we also have some very nice scenery in the UK, it would be nice if we could get more Haflingers to events to enjoy said scenery, our usual total of Hafs attending Club Events is on av...

Re: Site on a "go slow"

Hi Mike, at shows we now stop the little darlings clambering all over our Haffie, because we had an indicator switch broken by a little terror and it cost us £150.00, even when we put signs on to say in a polite way ' Please do not climb on the Vehicle ' we still get mummys placing there offspring o...

Re: How do you categorise a Haflinger?

Many thanks for the offer Julian, I hope to be able to drive Lurch there and back as I don't mind the fact it will take 2 ~ 3 hrs to get there! I shall just be like the farmers in their Tractors - don't care about the queue behind, (atleast until there is suitable lay-by) Anybody managed two ...

Re: What's the weakest point of a Haflinger?

Hi John, is not a problem of speed, that is fine, it is a problem to have a few more horsepower... Instead of getting into third gear at 5000 rpm, you could climb in fourth gear at 3000 rpm ........ that's all! Hi John, I'm not a purist, but I do think that putting a larger engine into the Haf is n...
