Re: SDP Logo
Hi Markus, The banner looks much better.. Although now "TheHaflinger.com" title seems to moved to the right. I know it seems to just be me making suggestions, but until others join in.. pathfinder700ap - I mean the index page as the front page. Sorry. Markus, can you move the title a bit m...

Re: SDP Logo
Hi Markus, Sorry to say I am not. :( There is still something wrong with the title / logo bit. I think you need to do two things:- 1: remove the original little image of the Haflinger which you see on all the other pages as it has managed to get superimposed on the main index page on top / underneat...

Re: SDP Logo
The logos on the front page rather kill the forum name.... I personally think the original logo by itself was better, but maybe if the SDP logo was smaller, re positioned it might be alright.

Re: Why two fuse boxes
Thank you for the information on the windscreen wiper system. I shall have to sort mine out before I take it for the MOT but as that still seems far away - front hubs are taking forever. Mine has a fuel gauge and the trailer lighting socket. I replaced the flasher relay (which was wrong) for one whi...

Why two fuse boxes
I still haven't worked out why mine has two fuse boxes when other variations only have one. The actual wiring in mine does not match the only wiring diagram in the repair manual or the user handbook. Not a big problem as everything appears to work correctly. Except the windscreen wipers which seem t...

Re: New to this forum
Oil came out looking clean, but I don't think it was in there very long. I have cleaned one hub so far and started replacing seals and have replaced the swivel pin bushes. Bearings appear Ok, but time will tell. I am just having trouble setting the "no end float" on the bottom swivel pin a...

Rear seats
I only have the rear seat frames, so looking for cheap method to replace the cushions. Templates, drawings with sizes, materials used for the stuffing, the covers, replacements for the rubber straps etc. I will also have to at some point do the driver and passenger seats as the covers are ripped. Hi All, Just a quick note to say I have a 1973 LBW RHD Haflinger which is at present having the front hubs rebuilt. It has done all of 26,000 odd mile and the everything I have looked at in the front hubs is shot! I only took them apart to replace the swivel pins as they had play in them. There was ...
