Maybe, but 80km on a charge - definitely not an everyday vehicle then. I suppose you could put a generator on the back....

I am 99% sure that I saw it in action at a Treffen in the Alps last year. Seriously impressive effort by the owner.
John - I would hazard a guess that 98% of Haflinger use-days are well shy of 80km
(Lurch excepted, naturally!)

Not at the moment, still running the engine in. Was away in south Africa for 3 weeks over Christmas, so didn't do any driving then so 80km's would have been fine!
I wonder how long the battery pack lasts for?
